Nicola’s background is in national and multinational businesses where volume, margin and delivery were held to account. Her experience spans procurement, logistics and distribution across two countries, alongside an established Australasian consumer-health business serving retail and health channels.
At IDC, Nicola leads the relationship with clients, developers and hospitality operators. She holds design direction, project positioning and the brief in one clear conversation—connecting material language, practical decisions and the experience of the finished space.
